a question about Wall Street

‎”Does anyone know (historically) how often demonstrations or protests have been on or around Wall Street. An initial search I tried turned up little (actually nothing), I’ll keep looking. The reason I’m asking is that it seems “odd” to protest on Wall Street for financial reform, since those running the street seemingly have little empathy with the ‘99%’ and (to me) it seems to validate Wall Street as being in control – rather than asserting that the people have control and want our representatives to have their voices heard and action taken. Would one protest at the executioner’s home or office, or at the home or office of the one sending down the orders?” – Keith
